School Uniform Policy

Starting September 2022, Royal Academy is adopting a uniform policy after previously having a no-uniform dress code. We want to see our children dress for professional success.  Wearing uniforms gives our children a group identity, pride, and a feeling of discipline.  It also helps our children to connect and create a sense of loyalty, equality and belonging within their Royal Academy community.  Most importantly, wearing a uniform helps a child get into the right mindset for a day of learning; it encourages focus and attentiveness.  For parents, uniforms add safety and practical benefits; the child is easily identified from a distance, and the child’s morning routine of dressing is streamlined into one appropriate, easy choice.
