Our teachers are fully qualified or in training to be licensed Early Childhood Educators as specified by British Columbia Child Care Licensing regulations. In addition, as required by licensing regulations. We have criminal record checks and valid Childcare First Aid certificate on file for each teacher working at Royal Academy.
Our staffs are required staying current in the ECE field and engaging in professional development opportunities.
Occasionally we may have casual staff when regular staff is away on vacation or sick days. Practicum students, volunteers and observers are also welcome in our centre regularly. We will post a short bio about them upon their arrival.
