Application Fee /Deposit

Space is limited and enrollment will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. You will be notified by email that your application has been received and informed of the status of your application. Once your application has been accepted, a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable deposit will be required to secure your child’s spot. The refundable deposit will only be returned by providing a withdrawal notice of 30 days, before the 1st of every month.

Payment Policies

Monthly tuition payments are always paid one month ahead. You can sign-up for pre-authorize debit plan, or leave six months post-dated cheques at the center.

Child Care Subsidy

Parents that are eligible for child care subsidy is encouraged to apply. But a deposit and registration fee is still required.

Withdraw Policies

Families must provide with written notice of withdrawal from any programs of Royal Academy. The written withdrawal notice must be given TWO calendar months in advance, in order to gain the deposit back. Providing less than the required withdrawal notice will result in the forfeit of my enrollment deposit.

Monthly fees are payable in full for withdrawal dates that do not coincide with the last day of a calendar month. It is my responsibility to submit any unpaid balance owing to Royal Academy following withdrawal.
