Enrollment Process
Welcome to our Royal Academy Admissions Page. We’re delighted you’re considering Royal Academy for your child’s early learning journey.
Our enrollment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive for families.
Because space is limited, admissions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your application, you’ll receive an email confirmation and an update on your application status.
If your child is accepted, a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable deposit will be required to secure their placement.
The refundable deposit is returned with a written withdrawal notice of 30 days (submitted before the 1st of the month).
Tuition Fees
Our tuition rates reflect the current Government of British Columbia Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative.
Royal Academy participates fully in this program to help make quality early learning affordable for families.
Payment Policies
Monthly tuition fees are due one month in advance.
Families may choose one of the following payment options:
- Pre-authorized debit plan, or
- Six months of post-dated cheques submitted to the centre.
We strive to make payments as easy and reliable as possible for families.
Child Care Fee Reduction & Subsidy
Families who qualify for the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) are encouraged to apply.
Even if you receive a government subsidy, a registration fee and deposit are still required to confirm your child’s spot.

Withdrawal Policy
We understand that family needs can change.
If you plan to withdraw your child from the program, please provide two full calendar months’ written notice.
- Withdrawal notices submitted with less than two months’ notice will result in forfeiture of the enrollment deposit.
- Monthly fees are payable in full for any withdrawal dates that do not align with the end of the calendar month.
- Any outstanding balances must be settled at the time of withdrawal.
